What the published return policy says
The brand return policy bases the 180 days on the order date. It asks for remaining unopened bottles and says empty or opened bottles need not be sent back. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. It describes refunds taking 5–7 business days.
The text refers both to refunds of the original purchase and to including original shipping and handling when contacting support. Ask support to confirm the shipping treatment and return instructions for your actual transaction. The policy’s own update date is November 2022; we accessed it for this September 2026 review.

The supplied offer image advertises a 180-day guarantee. The BioDynamix brand page also promotes an empty-bottle money-back guarantee. We report that seller claim; we have not submitted a return or independently verified the handling of every refund.
The important distinction is between a marketing promise and the process attached to a particular order. Save the policy displayed when you purchase, because a later page can change and another retailer may apply different terms.
Resolve these questions before ordering
When does the 180-day period begin: order, dispatch or delivery? Does contacting support within the window suffice, or must the return arrive by a deadline? Is return authorization required? Which bottles or packing materials should be kept? Are the original and return shipping charges refundable?
Ask where to send a return instead of mailing it to an address copied from a product image. The distributor address on a label need not be the authorized return address. Keep proof of posting if a physical return is required.
If you decide to request a refund
Locate your receipt and order reference. Contact the support channel listed for the transaction, state the date and requested resolution, and retain the reply. Follow the written instructions applicable to your order. For ClickBank-processed orders, the brand provides a route to ClickBank order support.
A money-back promise is not medical evidence, and a long return window does not mean you should continue taking something that seems to cause a reaction. Suitability and transaction rights are separate questions.
